just started this. looks really cool. you find foods you ate and add them to your plate. you also add exercise and water intake. a good carb counter if nothing else. ive been having some weight crisis. i was always skinny as a rail til college then it was back n forth, but now im the heaviest ive ever been, but im pretty sure a lot of its muscle from running and playing capoeira. still, its unnerving. im going to try n shake off at least some of my beer gut. haha.
